Your profile

Recruitment process

In general, after the first telephone contact, it is a 3-step process:

• 1st interview with the business manager in charge of the activity
• 2nd technical interview with the domain lead to qualify your technical skills
• 3rd meeting with the business unit manager or regional director

This can be a quick process, ideally completed in 2 to 3 weeks.

To note that this process may vary depending on the entity/country of the ADVANS Group you apply to.

Job fairs, university forums, open days, there are numerous opportunities to meet us!

We participate in around 150 events per year, sometimes under the names ELSYS Design/AViSTO/MECAGINE/ELSYS Eastern Europe/AViSTO Eastern Europe/ADVANS Portugal/ELSYS America…, and sometimes under the ADVANS Group banner.
