ADVANS Group Acquires Niri Intelligent Computing
The ADVANS Group announces the acquisition of Niri Intelligent Computing, a Serbian company specializing in software engineering services. The teams based in Niš have integrated into AVISTO Eastern Europe, the local ADVANS Group subsidiary known for its expertise in software engineering, DevOps, and quality assurance. Paris, September 24th, 2024 – Established in 2006, NIRI Intelligent Computing develops a wide range of innovative software products, both independently and in collaboration with partners. These cutting-edge solutions are currently deployed across multiple industries, including public employment services on a global scale and e-commerce platforms.
Based in Niš, approximately 250 km South of Serbia’s capital city, Belgrade, NIRI and AVISTO Eastern Europe share extensive experience in successfully delivering complex projects on tight schedules. ADVANS Group makes second acquisition in software engineering
The acquisition of NIRI aligns with ADVANS Group’s ambitious growth plan, which combines organic expansion with strategic acquisitions. Following a first acquisition in France announced in July 2024 (La Chouette Co, press release), ADVANS Group has now completed its first acquisition in Serbia.
Further acquisition announcements are expected in the near future as the group continues to strengthen its position and broadens its expertise.
